Our vertically integrated range of services assists vehicle enthusiasts with everything from new vehicle paint protection, customization, and private vehicle sales. Vehicle Sales Specialist

LUXE Automotive Sales is Utah’s premier consignment dealership. Our entry into the world of automotive sales and consignment is one that came naturally and has allowed us to deepen our relationships with our clientele. The care and attention required to provide an exceptional car buying and selling experience takes dedication and a high level of care. We are seeking a highly motivated automotive enthusiast with a competitive edge to join a thriving industry with our growing company in Salt Lake City. The ideal enthusiast is organized, innovative, knowledgeable, and forward-thinking to ensure smooth workplace operations. The position requires strong sales skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, and the capacity to work independently with sound judgment. The right candidate will have a strong sense of ownership of their process and role responsibilities, possess concise sales skills, clear communication and time management skills, and provide clients with a premium bespoke consultative sales and consignment experience, while quickly gaining their trust and respect. Lastly, someone who is passionate about cars, enjoys getting out to local events to network, enjoys reciting random facts about cars off the top of their head because they watch too many YouTube videos, chit-chats about cars with anyone is whom we’re looking for! Qualifications:
-Sales experience a must
-Automotive sales experience preferred
-Exceptional customer service skills, including interpersonal communication and building rapport
-Able to retain in-depth knowledge of company vehicles and sales processes
-Excellent listening skills to best determine clients wants and needs
-Confidence to create a positive impression on clients
-Negotiation skills to obtain the best deal for our clients and company
-Organization and time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks
-Emphasis on teamwork and collaboration with our Front-End Team and Sales Operations Specialist
-Attention to detail and research skills for specific vehicle understanding
-Drive to seek opportunities to help our company grow
-Automotive knowledge
-Involved in the local automotive community
-Deadline oriented
-Self-motivated
-Positive attitude and a constant advocate for the team and clients
-Creating innovative solutions to gain positive results
-Familiarity with Trello, Slack, Google Sheets, and Google Drive is a plus
-Must have a valid drivers license

Responsibilities:
-Consultative sales approach with clients 
-Lias with Front-End advisors and other business departments
-Answer phone calls, texts, and emails to consult and schedule appointments within a timely manner
-Outside networking to create new leads and increase clientele
-Create vehicle-specific market reports for clients to accurately appraise their vehicle
-Research vehicles to provide detailed knowledge to potential buyers
-In-person consultations
-Create driving videos for out-of-state buyers
-Arrange vehicle transportation
-Quality checks on sold vehicles prior to leaving
-Maintain weekly client updates on consignment vehicles
-Regular check-in with existing repeat clients
-Oversee and manage online vehicle auctions
-Update Trello with the vehicle and lead details
-Upsell in-house services 
-Demonstrate our values and create lasting impressions with our clients
-Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for automotive culture and the LUXE Automotive brand
-Attend and network at events such as Cars & Coffees, car shows, road rallies, drives, etc.
-Volunteer for our Cars4Kids events including Grand Tour Road Rally and Limitless Supercar Shootout
